I broke the code:

Add vowels, replace X with period, replace some q's and s's with c's and some g's with j's (since they are not in the code). Words I am unsure of have ?

I've spent hours trying to figure this out, I'd love to see how you did it.

Ok I'll spoil it:

On the 5th file look at the code words that aren't crossed out (in the first row). Find them on inner and outer wheel and line them up. Then rotate the wheel to where all 13 consonants on the screen are unique (with aurum one row off the screen). Now the symbols match up with the letters so you can translate.

I assume the same works for the next 2 paragraphs, I'm going to start on the third now.

There's a lot more information here I didn't use like the prime numbers, the shaded regions and the notes at the bottom.

Thanks for the tip. I tried the cities and the second one came up with "search must be refined". I'm still new to this but does that mean the city needs to be more specific (like the third one), or that this is a correct city only in the wrong order?

I'm pretty sure that the City of London (the square mile that the Demuxer recordings describe as being "autonomous") is surrounded by dragon guardians. It may be a reference to that.
